Due to the nature of the event, load-ins are often rushed and require precise scheduling.

For a sales meeting in 2006, Executive Producer Michelle Faulkner and Producer Pam Kalish of Kindle Communications gave Chicago Scenic the mission: build a huge, computer-automated set and load it into the Anaheim Convention Center in less than three days.

Since different sessions had different audience sizes requirements, the set, designed by James Joy, was adaptable through a set of light box panels on automated circular wagons. The wagons could rotate to reveal an onstage orchestra, open to accommodate additional people on stage, or close down to accommodate smaller sessions, making the stage smaller and more intimate.

This truly high-tech set incorporated several layers of automation, including a circular drape reveal. Chicago Scenic also created the huge stage and backlit rear wall comprised of twin wall Plexiglas panels backed with bleached muslin.
