History Clubhouse

Chicago Scenic worked on this design-build project for the Missouri History Museum, a children’s exhibit featuring the history of St. Louis, and the city's biggest exhibit to date.

The Chicago Scenic team took particular pride in partnering with the client to help deliver what initially was a rough vision and range of distinct concepts. Our deep knowledge of museum work, child safety, emergency lighting and case work played a key role in ultimately delivering the project’s complete and integrated environment.

The 5,000 sq. ft. exhibit was brought to life to include a reality-based, scaled skyline, historic trolley car, and a replica of the City’s iconic Gateway Arch.  A two-story steamboat with working steam whistle, cargo crates, and four 14-foot-tall white oak trees rounded out this truly memorable experience for "kids" of all ages
