Lincoln Dealer's Meeting 2016

The theme of Lincoln Automotive’s recent spring dealers meeting, “Building Momentum”, positioned Lincoln as a luxury brand independent from Ford Motor Company. To introduce new cars, including the new Lincoln Continental, Chicago Scenic was challenged with a short load-in period and working within hotel space constraints of the Marriott Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, TX.

Scenic elements included a 120-foot-wide and 60-foot-deep stage constructed to engage more than 900 dealer personnel attending the two-day event. The large deck was covered with white laminate flooring to deliver a seamless high end luxury feel. Designed by Terry McClellan, the main set featured two revolving walls to showcase new car reveals with impact. Three of Chicago Scenic’s onstage turntables operated by our CS control system also rotated to display unique 360-degree views of the new cars.

Chicago Scenic also built and installed sets featuring small stages and large-scale graphics for three break-out rooms. One of the rooms featured a custom circular stage.

Due to a short load-in period, double crews worked 24-hour days to complete installation in just 72 hours. Talk about momentum!
