Production Coordinator

Position Title: Production Coordinator

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the management of timesheets in our Procore Software

2. Maintenance of information in our Job Report/Load Out Schedule

3. Assisting with the interface between production and other departments

4. Document control

5. Assisting with scheduling of in-house production resources

6. Special projects as requested

Expected Skills:       

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software
  • File Management - Procore or other Construction Management Software Systems
  • MS Project or other scheduling software
  • Experience with ERP systems and software
  • Paramount Workplace or other purchase requisition software a plus

Prior Experience: 3-5 years, preferably in a construction / manufacturing environment; 

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related industry or additional years of work experience.
