This Magnificent Mile attraction at the world renowned John Hancock Center represented a compelling challenge. The goal was to transform more than 4000 sq. ft. of existing open space into an interactive storytelling experience planned in a way that also addressed crowd control.

With the target being both tourists and local residents, Chicago 360 needed to inform and entertain. Visitors embark on an historical adventure through the City, then move through Chicago neighborhoods, enjoying an intimate look at each area’s cultural insights, ethnic flavors, colors and sounds.

The development of the engaging experience involved the close collaboration and scheduling of many disparate team members. Chicago Scenic’s experienced project managers successfully kept the team on target and on budget.
