When Hyatt Corporation decided to create seasonal environments
for the lobby of their flagship property, The Hyatt Regency
Chicago, the challenge was considerable.
 After
all, the space itself was a soaring atrium. And whatever was
done had to reflect Hyatt's flair for the innovative, the
spectacular, the exciting. So of course they came to us.
What began as a shower of custom silkscreened acrylic snowflakes
upon snow-capped ice islands has expanded over the years to
include a complete menagerie of animated animals. Imagine
huggable teddy bears parachuting overhead, winterclad penguins
sliding helter skelter down a mountain side, daredevil water
skiing mice, and other spectacular effects that have left
children of all ages agape with delight.
