Chicago
Scenic has been providing complete production and technical
engineering services to the Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire,
one of the nation's most successful in-the-round theaters,
for over 15 years.
Chicago
Scenic's theatrical roots have been kept firmly in place by
working on every show that the Marriott Theater has produced
since 1985, creating everything from a customized computer-automated
control system for the theater's multiple hydraulic lifts
and integrated winch and automated turntable systems to making
it rain all around the stage.
From
the giant man-eating plant in Little Shop of Horrors to the
rolling fountains of Hello, Dolly, Chicago Scenic has continued
to successfully take on every challenge the Marriott Theatre
in Lincolnshire has offered. Chicago Scenic made treadmills
and fully operating elevators a reality in this in-the-round
theater because it continues to develop new technologies while
using old scenic tricks to help maintain the Marriott's position
as one of the nation's top producing regional theaters.
