Scenic has built and installed the sets for Jay Leno and the
Tonight Show each time they have come to Chicago to shoot
their late-night talk show at the Rosemont Theatre.
Working
for NBC Productions, Chicago Scenic has recreated many famous
Chicago landmarks to be used as features in the set. These
have included the intricate designs of the Michigan Avenue
bridges and the brightly lit Chicago Theater marquis. From
elevated train platforms to pizza delivery stands, Chicago
Scenic works hard to recreate these memorable icons for the
nationally broadcast program.
Working
quickly under the time constraints of a live television show,
Chicago Scenic built each element in its shops and then delivered
each piece to the Rosemont Theatre, where a crew remained
for the duration of the Tonight Show's stay in town to ensure
that their show went smoothly.
