Chicago Scenic
has maintained a long-standing relationship with Sears, Roebuck
and Co. since 1980, providing logistics, planning, venue management,
facility negotiations, and scenic design and construction services
for their annual Shareholders Meeting.
 This
work has involved everything from designing and building the
director dais that appears at each meeting, to ensuring that
SEC regulations are strictly adhered to throughout the meeting.
Working closely with Sears' legal and public relations departments,
Chicago Scenic makes sure that the meetings fulfill all of
the corporation's needs, staging the meetings in theaters
and ballrooms across the country. From rental plants to press
check-in, every detail is planned, reviewed, and then implemented
by the Chicago Scenic project management team. Each year new
issues impact the meeting's time, place, and requirements,
and each year Chicago Scenic steps up to meet the challenge
of creating imaging in and around the stage, at the venue's
entrances, and at the corporate exhibits to make sure the
appropriate message is delivered.
