CNN Takes American Morning On the Road
With its many years of work on television productions, and hundreds of installations at a wide variety of events, Chicago Scenic was well prepared to provide production assistance and support for CNN’s week long, daily broadcast from Chicago. Chicago based CNN Producer David Steck hired CSSI for this job.

The program, American Morning, aired from 5 prominent locations throughout the city of Chicago. Chicago Scenic provided the installation and dismantling crew for each location during this fast-paced project including Union Station, The Field Museum, Water Tower, Adler Planetarium and the Chicago River. CSSI custom built an anchor desk and provided production stages for what was the program's first remote broadcast.

Senior Project Manager Ken Zommer hired Reed Rigging to provide the truss, roof and additional support. Dave Kaina served as the Job Lead.
