Allstate Was in Good Hands
Allstate was in good hands when they hired Chicago Scenic to help them build the set for their recent business meeting. Producer Ken Marks of Dakengroup Productions brought the project to Chicago Scenic. He worked closely with Project Manager Gary Heitz and Technical Director Vinnie Ring to bring the project to completion.

The meeting took place at the Westin La Paloma in Tucson, Arizona, and involved over 260 of Allstate’s top executives from across the country. To complement the desert location of the meeting, Designer Tom Ryan chose a southwestern mountain motif for the design theme. The set walls were carved out of styrofoam and textured with linear strokes to create an authentic looking rockwall. They were then painted in pastel colors and three-dimensional CNC cut logos were added. Projection panels were built in the CSSI shop and covered with filled scrim, providing a projection surface with no borders that made the images appear to float in the air. To create a more intimate setting for the meeting, CSSI provided a riser system to elevate the audience and create better sightlines. Wayne Adams served as the job lead on the project and supervised the installation process.
