Wayne
Adams, Carpenter
As the most recent
graduate from CSSI’s apprentice program, Wayne is a carpenter responsible
for construction on the shop floor and in the field. Quality control
for his projects will be one of his most important responsibilities.
Wayne will continue developing his skills in CNC routing, leadership
and management as he gains more job responsibilities.
Before joining
CSSI, Wayne was the executive director of Dreamstreet Theatre, where
he was in charge of all operations. He received his BFA in theatre
from San Francisco State University.
Ryan
Hall, Designer/Drafter
The
newest addition to CSSI’s design department is Ryan Hall. He is
responsible for both the concept and development of designs and
executing the associated shop drawings. His most recent projects
include General Motors’ Earthtroop kiosk and project work on General
Mills’ Cereal Adventure.
After receiving
his BS in environmental design from the University of Missouri,
Ryan worked at Suzanne Sessions Inc. where he designed for Seaworld
and Busch Gardens. In his free time, Ryan enjoys furniture design.
Scott
Sondergaard, Purchasing Manager/Assistant Production Manager
Scott’s
job is to procure goods and services along with researching products
and materials for all Chicago Scenic projects. He also supervises
receiving, maintains the resource library and assists Dan Sladek,
director of operations.
Scott has many
years of experience working in project management and operations
roles in related industries, including owning his own sign business
for five years. One of his greatest accomplishments is that the
products and manufacturing processes he designed for his previous
employers remain in use to this day in the sign industry.
Scott enjoys
writing and recording original music compositions and playing golf.
