Unique Photo Exhibit On Display at Chicago Historical Society
CSSI built and installed the current exhibit at the Chicago Historical Society that honors Hedrich Blessing, a world-renowned architectural photography firm.

The exhibit consists of small, stylized mannequins seated on benches, each of which represents a Hedrich Blessing employee. CSSI also built the four large geometric shapes that house lightboxes displaying photographic transparencies. The shapes include a six-foot-diameter tetrahedron and an eight-foot-diameter sphere.

Project Manager Gary Heitz worked with Tamara Biggs of the Historical Society and Stanley Tigerman, the exhibit’s designer. Tim Steimle and Dave Duwell were co-leads, and Paige Barnes supervised the project’s high finish paint work.
