Randy Bishop, Project Manager
As CSSI's newest project manager, Randy's main duty is making sure projects are on time and on budget. He is also charged with ensuring that clients and subcontractors have all the necessary information to keep things running smoothly.

After graduating from Southern Illinois University with a B.A. in theatre, he worked at Line One Productions as a production manager specializing in special events and tradeshows.

Randy recently moved back to Chicago from the Washington, DC area, and enjoys spending his time with family.

Dave Duwell, Carpenter
Before joining CSSI two years ago, Dave worked for John Creech Design and Production in New York, where he built scenery and props for television, Broadway and Off-Broadway theatre and trade shows.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and is just a few classes short of an MFA in Scenic Design at Brooklyn College, where he also taught as an adjunct faculty member for two semesters.

When Dave is not working, he enjoys mountain climbing and coral reef diving.

Mike Zaremba, Carpenter
A full-time employee since January, Mike Zaremba is the newest member of the CSSI carpentry team. Some of his recent carpentry work includes building cabinets, countertops and structural elements for displays such as Big League Blast and Cereal Adventure.

Before joining CSSI, Mike worked as a designer and artist for General Exhibits in Chicago for about ten years where he did concept drawings, model making, sculpture, along with some carpentry for worldwide museum exhibits and tradeshows. Mike is a graduate of the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia.

Mike spends most of his free time building furniture and renovating his new home with his wife Christina.
