Big
League Blast Opens at Milwaukee's Miller Park
Working
closely with project creators and designers, Bronskill and Co.,
CSSI helped create Big League Blast, an interactive family entertainment
area, in Milwaukee Brewers’ new state-of-the-art baseball stadium,
Miller Park. Big League Blast fits in perfectly at the new park,
which also houses a children’s play area, novelty stores, restaurants,
and meeting rooms.
Fans of all
ages can access the Big League Blast area year-round for a variety
of fun and interactive activities. They can be a play-by-play announcer
with Bob Uecker, have their fastball timed by radar, bat against
a video version of Roger Clemens, and sprint to the finish line
with racing sausages. Big League Blast also offers a photo-op where
fans can pose in a replica of the Brewers’ dugout.
Mike Zaremba,
who recently arrived at CSSI (see Spotlight on Staff), built most
of the display and led the install, while Ken Zommer served as project
manager. Together they worked with Keith Storey of Bronskill to
get the display ready before the Brewers home opener.
