CSSI Brings Holiday Cheer to Local Mall
Santa made a dramatic appearance at Chicago's Harlem & Irving Shopping Center when he arrived in a package shipped by UPS. To facilitate this special delivery, CSSI created a cart full of packages wrapped for the holidays. To the crowd's surprise, Debbie Miller (CSSI's softgoods and rental manager), who wrote the script for the event and played lead elf, gave the cue and Santa popped out of the largest box right at noon as promised.

Project Manager Gary Heitz worked closely with his wife Laura Heitz, the mall's marketing manager, and La Rue Martin of UPS to pull off this event.
