Pfizer Holds Successful Satellite Meeting
Pfizer Pharmaceutical’s satellite-linked business meetings went off without a hitch thanks to the services provided by Chicago Scenic Studios. Working with MJM Producer Donna Roseman and Production Supervisor Jim Burke, CSSI Project Manager Gary Heitz ensured the project was completed on time and on budget.

Chicago Scenic provided scenery and lighting packages for five ballrooms at the Marriott Renaissance Center in Detroit for the meeting. The scenery, designed by Chris Jones of Hotopp and Associates, included backing walls covered in gray velour ranging from 12- to 16-feet-high, screen surrounds, rental podiums covered in matching gray velour, and a backlit Pfizer logo for each room.

CSSI carpentry job leads Dave Kaina and Wayne Adams, and electrics foreman Curt Kucik, were responsible for building the scenery as well as the delivery and installation of the event. CSSI electrician Tom Weiss worked with onsite Technical Director Dave Brown to run the show for the week of meetings
