Baseballs light way to tavern
The new Harry Caray’s Tavern is a welcome addition to Chicago’s Wrigleyville, but it wasn’t complete until Chicago Scenic added the finishing touch: custom sconces shaped like baseballs at the restaurant’s main entrance. Working for architecture firm Barker/Nestor, CSSI engineered, constructed and installed the eight-inch-diameter illuminated baseballs on custom aluminum panels.
Office set up to wow potential client for a marketing company
Media agency MindShare Worldwide recently asked Chicago Scenic to create a set in their corporate offices to help impress a kitchen and bathroom fixture manufacturer during a recent client pitch.
The project’s goal was to show the manufacturer that MindShare understood their media presence. So CSSI put together a high-end home office for someone in the midst of a home remodeling project. The room featured various displays of the fixture manufacturer’s advertising: a television played its commercials, a laptop showed its website, magazine ads were posted on walls and product samples were abundant.
Menu stand built to withstand the elements
Newly opened Fleming’s Steakhouse boasts a beautiful, custom-crafted outdoor menu stand courtesy of Chicago Scenic. Designed to withstand Chicago’s harsh weather, the aluminum powder-coated piece will surely stand the test of time.
Crane Construction, the same company CSSI worked with on elements of Chicago’s new Donald Trump restaurant “Sixteen,” hired CSSI for this job.
